I’ve gotten to thinking
that
spiritual growth is
just
choosing better, choosing righter, choosing stronger,
and that if I choose it
“just do it,”
then I’m more spiritual
and if I’m more spiritual
then I will choose it,
I’ll just do it.
Not in my mind, but
deep...

Watchthis video is so good. it made me think about a lot of things in my life and connect spread out pieces into something that’s looking more like a picture… I want to be what this researcher calls “wholehearted.”
